STORYTELLING WORKSHOPS FOR THE COMMUNITY
““Whichever way you choose to tell your story, having a like-minded group of peers to work with, can inspire and motivate you, to share your story. ””
LONG STORY SHORT
for the Community
“I first met Andy Copps at a Community Health and Wellbeing event and I was struck by his energy and enthusiasm for storytelling.
We have been working with him ever since, running events at Button House, including a monthly reminiscence storytelling circle and delivering a Theatre Night.
Both events attract high number of residents and local community,
I would not hesitate to recommend Andy for any organisation, he has a natural talent to captivate his audiences at any age.
”
Long Story Short
Storytelling can be told in so many forms, including music, dance and art.
This workshop is about stimulating conversation through sharing stories of your favourite things.
Creating conversation with our favourite things from keepsake memorabilia, photos, books, music, precious items and story memories.
This is a relaxed gathering and attendees are encouraged to bring something along. However, if anyone wishes to just sit and listen that is encouraged too.
“Everyone has a story to share. All it takes is someone to listen.”
